Great Lakes Pain Management is currently accepting new patients. During a patient's initial visit, we will perform a comprehensive evaluation that includes a physical examination and review the referring's medical records or past medical history to identify factors contributing to the patient's pain. After the consultation, the doctor creates a therapeutic treatment plan based on his diagnosis.

Dr. Mikhail has a dedicated group of health care professionals who will make your treatment as pleasant and compassionate as possible, assuring your earliest return to health. He is committed to customizing your treatment for your specific needs and desires. Dr. Mikhail works closely with many well respected primary care physicians and specialists. 

His interests are in treating chronic pain with multiple modalities and varieties, including, Nerve Block techniques, Spinal Cord Stimulators, Intrathecal pumps and other new pain modalities & techniques.
